The MWL’s Statement on the Escalation of Violence in Syria, and participation of Hezbollah and its Allies in the Killing of its people

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers, and upon all his family and companions:

The Muslim World League has followed the events in Syria from the very beginning, and it is still following the grisly chapters of violence, their horrifying images and the appalling unprecedented crimes committed by the rogue Nusayri regime against its people turning  cities and villages into rubbles as they are being shelled with deadly weapons from all directions and killing more than 100.000 civilians, disfiguring the bodies of many martyred soldiers, using the scorched earth policy to terrify the civilians and force them to flee their cities which has resulted in the displacement of more than 6 million civilians who are wandering in search of shelter, and has besieged the cities and villages to prevent medicine and food from reaching those who are in need.

LETTER FROM THE EDITOR: Syria Needs Action to Stop Spillover

Syria continues to bleed, President Bashar Assad continues to kill his own people, and the world continues to see things unfolding in the Middle East from the lens of Israel. The latest turn of the events is that Israel sees use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime on its people; and the world says all the red lines have been crossed. That’s it.
