 Makkah:
The Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemned the continued attacks by Iranian-backed terrorist militias in Iraq against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their attempts to target oil facilities in the Eastern Province.
In a statement issued by the MWL's General Secretariat, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, reiterated the condemnation of these treacherous criminal attacks, which violate all religious values, as well as international and humanitarian laws and norms.
On behalf of the MWL's global bodies, councils, and assemblies, and of all the Muslim peoples represented under its umbrella, His Eminence reaffirmed the MWL's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all the measures it takes to deter aggression, safeguard its security and sovereignty, and protect the safety of its citizens and residents. He prayed that Allah Almighty protect the Kingdom, its leadership, its people, and its land from all harm.
