Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, of the book Atlas of the Ten Qur’anic Reciters and Their Transmitters, in the presence of its author, Sheikh Sami Al-Maghlouth, and a number of scholars, specialists in the sciences of the Holy Qur’an and Qira’at, and researchers.
