At Muslim World League headquarters in Makkah, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa met with His Eminence the rector of the Grand Mosque of Paris, Chems-Eddine Hafiz. A memorandum of understanding to train imams using the Charter Of Makkah was signed during the meeting.
