H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa , Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, toured the site where the first phase of the Islamic Centre is being developed in Auckland and took part in planting the Olive Tree of Peace within the centre’s premises.
It is worth noting that the centre includes a mosque and lecture halls, including halls dedicated to dialogue among followers of different religions.
