The Muslim World League attaches particular importance to serving the Holy Qur’an through initiatives that promote its teaching and memorization, support its reciters and memorizers, and grant Qur’anic Ijazahs with uninterrupted chains of transmission tracing back to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). These efforts aim to preserve the authenticity of Qur’anic transmission, uphold the highest standards of precision and proficiency in the recitation of the Book of Allah, and contribute to the continuation of the tradition of Qur’anic recitation and instruction through uninterrupted chains of transmission across generations.
